The first part contains theoretical knowledge of this problem. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current situation and company's information system. The point of my bachelor labour is suggestion for founding a catering business. This suggestion will be used for founding a coffee bar BIO Caffé Green. My labour consists all necessary informations, which are needed for founding a coffee bar and starting it up. It includes a comparison of cashier softwares and the choice, which would be the best for the coffee bar.

The degree work deals with creation of the business plan of the development of the company DISTRIMO ltd. The first part deals with the goal of this degree work. In the theoretical part there is the basic information about the creation of the business plan and about the problems of business in the Czech Republic. The main part of the degree work is focused on the proposition of the creation of the electronic business in the company DISTRIMO ltd, which would lead to increasing of the capacity of sales and to the expension of the services provided to costumers.
